Ms. Onyskiw has extensive experience preparing and reviewing permit applications for the Title V, New Source Performance Standards, and minor source permitting programs. She also has experience with the review of salt water disposal and enhanced recovery injection wells.
Ms. Onyskiw has worked for the State of Colorado for over 17 years. She has been with the Department of Public Health and Environment for 13 years in the Air Pollution Control Division writing emissions permits and in the Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division overseeing the closure of Rocky Flats. In the Air Pollution Control Division she was a permit engineer and spent was a member of the oil and gas unit working exclusively with the oil and gas industry. She has served with the Department of Natural Resources on the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission staff for over four years as the Underground Injection Control Program Supervisor overseeing the Class II UIC Program. Prior to her government career, she worked as an air quality consultant for six years. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and a licensed environmental engineer.
